Pam Strahle is retiring after 13 years of faithful service to the Chesapeake Conference as conference membership clerk and executive assistant for the Office of the President and Treasury Department. Prior to coming to the conference office, she served at Spencerville (Md.) Adventist Academy for 20 years.
In her retirement, she and her husband, Bob, plan on staying in the area. Strahle looks forward to spending more time with her family, painting and gardening.
“It has been an honor to serve God here at Chesapeake, and a blessing to have worked with others who have felt that same honor in service to Him,” says Strahle.
As a result of Strahle’s retirement, Monica Terreros has assumed the position of conference membership clerk and executive assistant. Terreros joined the Chesapeake office staff in 2018, providing administrative support primarily for the Ministerial and Evangelism departments, among several others.
“I feel honored and truly blessed for the new door God has opened for me,” says Terreros. “I am happy to be part of Chesapeake to serve our churches and schools, and most of all, to serve God.”
