Baltimore White Marsh Welcomes Vincent Dehm as Senior Pastor

  • News

Dehm brings two decades of pastoral ministry experience.

Members of the Baltimore White Marsh church warmly welcomed Vincent Dehm as their new senior pastor on August 26. Dehm brings a wealth of experience in pastoral ministry, with a particular passion for working with multicultural congregations.

“What excites me the most about coming to the Baltimore White Marsh church is that we are practicing for Heaven here on Earth,” Dehm said. “Within the Baltimore White Marsh congregation, there are over 43 nations represented by the membership. Heaven will be a place of true diversity and unity, so I believe we have a head start on other congregations.”

Dehm has pastored churches in the Allegheny East, Southeastern, and Southern California conferences. No stranger to the Baltimore area, Dehm was previously an associate pastor of the Miracle Temple church in Baltimore. He also brings years of business experience and has previously served in the US Army.

Currently working towards an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, Dehm also holds an undergraduate degree in Theology from Southwestern Adventist University.

“Elder Dehm is bringing to Baltimore-White Marsh Church a unique combination of skills, spiritual gifts, and broad pastoral experience,” said Jerry Lutz, Chesapeake Conference president. “His passion for ministry, and especially for working with young people, will be a great blessing to the church, the school, and to the community. He and his wife, Tracey, are a dynamic ministry couple who have committed themselves to helping people build and strengthen a relationship with Jesus.”

During his remarks to the congregation on Sabbath, Dehm expressed his gratitude for God’s guidance over the past several years and for the continued prayers and support from his family and friends.
