On Oct. 22, the Hagerstown (Md.) church transformed its parking lot into a showcase of polished chrome and gleaming paintwork, hosting its inaugural Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show. The event, which drew over 300 people, featured John Earnhardt, the cousin of the late NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt, as the special guest and emcee.

The car show featured an afternoon of live music, complimentary food, and an array of over 50 classic and contemporary vehicles, attracting families and car aficionados alike.

Earnhardt was not only on hand to lend his voice as the event’s emcee but also interacted closely with attendees. He spent the afternoon distributing door prizes, signing autographs, and handing out trophies to vehicle owners.

The event also promoted Earnhardt’s prophecy series on Revelation that was held at the church from Oct. 20-29.

Roger Larsen, Hagerstown senior pastor, emphasized the unique opportunity that Earnhardt’s presence provided for outreach. “When you have Dale Earnhardt’s cousin, you’re going to have a car show, and you’re going to use it for the purposes of connecting with the community,” Larsen said.
