Chesapeake Officers Share Reports, Answer Questions at Town Hall Meetings
The town hall meetings were held in advance of the conference constituency session on May 22.

The Chesapeake Conference officers held a fourth and final conference town hall meeting last Saturday night at the Atholton Church in Columbia, Md., in preparation for the upcoming constituency session on May 22.
Town hall meetings were held in each conference region to provide session delegates and other interested constituents the opportunity to hear reports about the last five years and ask questions. Town hall meetings were also held at the Hagerstown (Md.), Baltimore-White Marsh, and Park (Salisbury, Md.) churches.
“Town hall meetings provide a special opportunity for direct interaction and dialogue between conference administration and local church members,” says Andre Hastick, Chesapeake Conference executive secretary. “It was encouraging to see members in each of our four conference regions take time to worship together, receive reports, and engage in Q&A sessions. Our conference is blessed with faithful members who are invested in our conference and committed to the worldwide mission of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.”
