Mission
Adventist Community Services (ACS) is the official community outreach ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in North America territories. ACS serves the person with a holistic ministry mission statement “Serving Communities in Christ’s Name”
In Chesapeake Conference territory (Maryland, Delaware, and small portions of Virginia & West Virginia) we have the vision to “Love our Neighborhood.” We are committed to creating new partnerships and new opportunities to serve our neighborhoods. ACS-Chesapeake is looking to bless others and to show the love of Jesus in their lives as true disciples and be a blessing in their neighborhoods. The ACS-Chesapeake team is strategically creating new approaches that can make our Church buildings centers of positive influence, providing local services to the surrounding community. Through these efforts to connect with our neighbors, we also seek to connect them with our Lord and Savior.
