Dundalk Churches Partner with Law Firm to Hold Successful Immigration Event
The Dundalk English and Spanish churches hosted the event in partnership with Sanabria and Associates.

The Dundalk English and Spanish churches in Maryland recently partnered with the law firm Sanabria and Associates to host a pivotal immigration event titled “We Are Immigrants: Tools For Your New Life in the United States.”
The event, held at the Dundalk English church on June 25, witnessed a turnout of over 300 people, many of whom were immigrants, in search of information, resources, and assistance. The partnership aimed to offer practical help and solutions for the challenges faced by new immigrants in the United States.
Participants had the opportunity to engage in a live Q&A session, as well as one-on-one consultations with immigration experts from Sanabria and Associates. These segments provided attendees with an intimate setting to discuss personal immigration issues and seek professional advice.
The churches also promoted upcoming Vacation Bible School (VBS) and FLAG Camp programming during the event. Additionally, more than 50 people signed up for English as a Second Language (ESL) classes that are scheduled to begin later in August.
JT Pinilla, pastor of the Dundalk English church, expressed his enthusiasm for the event. “It took a lot of effort, but I believe it was worth it,” Pinilla said. “We had a blast, and church members from all the congregations were invigorated.”
