Four Chesapeake Conference Pathfinder clubs are heading to the Noth American Division finals for the Pathfinder Bible Experience in Tampa, Fla., which will take place from April 21-22.
Teams from the Atholton (Columbia, Md.), Martinsburg (W.Va.), Triadelphia (Clarksville, Md.), and Westminster (Md.) churches were awarded first-place designations during the Columbia Union PBE event at Blue Mountain Academy on March 11. Three other Chesapeake Conference teams received second-place awards.
Kenia Reyes, Youth and Young Adult director for Chesapeake Conference, said she was proud that all the teams excelled at the union-level event, where they continued to demonstrate their hard work by answering detailed questions about the Gospel of John. “All our teams placed–which is already such a tremendous accomplishment–and we are so proud of the teams that have made it through to the NAD finals,” she said. “We are praying for them, and we just love to see them so committed to reading the Word of God. We pray those words will stick to their hearts forever!”
