Jerry Howard II Joins Planned Giving and Trust Services

Chesapeake Conference recently welcomed Jerry Howard II as the new assistant director for the Planned Giving and Trust Services department. In his new position, Howard will be responsible for assisting Chesapeake Conference members with preparing wills.

Howard brings over 20 years of professional experience working across several areas of emphasis, including telecommunications, sales, and training and development.

Rather than seeing his new role purely from a legal or financial perspective, Howard says he’s excited about the position’s opportunities for ministry. He explained that carefully planning final arrangements is an important part of good Christian stewardship. “It helps us to actually think about how we want to live,” he said.

Howard is married to his wife, Sylvette, and has two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys trying new foods and reading books and listening to podcasts about personal growth and development.
