Mark and Teenie Finley Teach Making Evangelistic Appeals

Chesapeake Conference hosted a Proclaim evangelism training module from August 20-22 featuring presentations from well-known evangelists Mark and Teenie Finley on how to make effective evangelistic appeals.
Launched in 2022, Proclaim is a public evangelism training program organized by the conference’s Evangelism and Church Growth Department. The program aims to assist Chesapeake Conference pastors and lay ministry leaders in growing their gifts in public proclamation.
The recent module featured presentations from the Finleys and evangelism director David Klinedinest on the principles of making appeals from the pulpit to reach the heart. The trainings also covered evangelistic visitation and steps leaders can take to help people make decisions for Christ.
