New Hope Welcomes Kasper Haughton Jr.
Haughton will serve as the church’s pastor for Online Community and Administration.

The New Hope church in Fulton, Md., recently welcomed Kasper Haughton Jr. as their new pastor for Online Community and Administration.
Haughton brings a wealth of experience to the position, having spent the last seven years as the Ohio Conference’s Digital Media and Communication director. Prior to that, he served as an associate pastor for Youth and Media at the Kettering (Dayton, Ohio) church.
In his new role, Haughton will focus on expanding New Hope’s online community and strengthening the church’s digital presence. New Hope lead pastor Mike Speegle said he is “excited for what Kasper brings to our team and the new possibilities it opens for our online community to be more connected and engaged with us.”
Haughton, for his part, is eager to get started. “We have people across the country and world who call New Hope their home,” he said. “It’s exciting to step into this role as we explore what it looks like to be as intentional about our digital experiences of worship and community as we are with our in-person services.”
